Your forks are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Valving is selected and installed in your forks based on your bike model, your weight, terrain and riding ability. Your setup will be specifically tuned to where you ride. We then recharge them with Race Tech oil, and set the levels. We are constantly testing new setups, we will install any updated valving specs for you at no additional charge when you pay for routine fork servicing.

Mid Valve Modification $50.00*

On certain bikes the overall damping and plushness can be dramatically improved by modification of the mid valve. This mod is combined with our revalving to create the best “firm but plush” ride. *Available with revalve on certain models.

Gold Valves dramatically improve the plushness and overall action of your forks. We custom tailor your valving specs to work with the Gold Valves. A HUGE improvement over stock valves.

The progressive needle works in conjunction with the valving and progressive spring to create a true rising rate system. This is a must have for any serious KTM rider.
